Change or cancel your plan

Open ura.dev/account to resize your plan, update billing details or cancel.

Turning the dial up happens straight away, and the difference for the rest of the month is charged there and then. Turning it down happens on your next renewal date: you keep the size you paid for until the month ends, so there is nothing to refund.

Cancelling stops future charges and your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for. There are no contracts and no exit process, and the refunds page explains our policy in plain words.
