Cookie Policy

Short version: ura.dev does not track you. We use no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, and no third-party trackers, and we do not sell or share personal information.

What we store

The site keeps a few small, essential values in your browser:

• Your theme choice (dark or light), so the site remembers how you like it.
• A note that you have seen the cookie notice, so we do not show it again.

How we count visits

We do count how many people visit, which pages they open and where they arrived from, because otherwise we cannot tell a page that is not working from a page nobody has found. We would rather tell you exactly how that works than hide it behind a banner.

• Nothing is stored on your device for this. No cookie, no local storage, no identifier that follows you between visits.
• Your IP address is never recorded. It is mixed with your browser description and a secret that we replace every night, and only the scrambled result is kept. That result cannot be turned back into you, and tomorrow the same person produces a different one, so there is nothing to build a profile on.
• It is never joined to your name or email. If you join the waitlist we know somebody signed up, and separately that somebody visited, and we cannot put the two together.
• No third party is involved and nothing leaves our own servers.
• We keep the raw records for 180 days, then delete them.

Checkout

If you buy a hosting plan, checkout is handled by Stripe, our Merchant of Record. Stripe sets the essential cookies needed to process your payment securely, under its own privacy policy.

Managing this

Everything above is essential for the site to work, there is nothing optional to opt out of. You can clear it at any time through your browser's site-data settings.
